Jay Ernst Kreutzer, Esq.

Jay is a native South Floridian born and raised in Miami and a full-time practicing attorney since 1983. Jay is married with 3 children and resides in Weston, Florida. After graduating early from the University of Florida in 1989 , he went on to obtain his
law degree, in only 2 1/2 years from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992. Jay just could not wait to begin his law career. While in law school, Jay clerked for his father Franklin D. Kreutzer who at the time practiced Civil and Criminal law and specialized in all types of litigation. Jay then went on to become a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami - Dade County State Attorney’s Office where he worked up files daily on all sorts of crimes such as D.U.I., driving while license suspended, assault and battery, and all types of misdemeanor criminal offenses. Jay was involved with preparing cases for trial and resolving cases with defendants and their attorneys.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1992, Jay teamed up with an established lawyer in South Miami and handled Criminal, Family, and Personal Injury matters in the Kendall area. After a period of time, Jay began handling all types of Civil and Criminal litigation matters on his own in his own practice.
After approximately 5 years, Jay began sharing office space with his father Franklin D. Kreutzer and for the last 25 years, they have been working together on many cases. Over the years Jay has handled all types of cases including, but not limited to:

In addition to handling his regular caseload, Jay has been appointed by various Judges as Guardian ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem, and Attorney Ad Litem in various Guardianship and Foreclosure cases over the years. Jay has also been appointed by the court as a Curator.

Jay resides in Weston, Florida and therefore he is able to handle cases in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami - Dade with ease. Over the years Jay has enjoyed coaching all of his children in their various athletic competitions. Jay currently has a daughter who is a real estate attorney in New York City, a son who is an independent videographer in the surfing industry, and a son in college at Florida State University studying to become a Music Therapist. Family is very important to Jay and therefore he is very close with his wife and children and they all are avid fans of pickleball, the Miami Heat, and United States Soccer.

Franklin David Kreutzer, Esq.

Frank is a native-born Miamian, is a full-time practicing attorney in Miami, Florida, since 1964, and is active in civic, community, and charitable organizations.
He graduated from the University of Miami in 1960, and its School of Law in 1964.
Frank is the past International President of The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism a/k/a The United Synagogue of America (1985 - 1989).
In addition to always being in the private practice of law, Frank has served as Chairman of the City of Miami Charter Review Board and at a different time as a member of the Miami - Dade County Charter Review Commission. He was Chairman of the City of Miami Home Loan Board. He has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General and Special Counsel to the Comptroller of the State of Florida and has been appointed a Special Master, Commissioner, and Attorney Ad Litem in the various divisions of the Circuit Courts of Miami - Dade County, Florida.
Frank also served as General Counsel to Judge Marshall Ader, the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts, and Clerk of the Metropolitan Miami - Dade County Commission, in Miami - Dade County.
