Jury Instructions

We at Kreutzer Law Offices will do our best to settle and resolve your case without filing a lawsuit. However, if we are unable to resolve your case without court action, after consultation with you and after receiving your approval, a lawsuit will be filed. You will be the one to decide that the settlement is not sufficient and to file the lawsuit.

After your case is presented to the jury, it is their responsibility to render a verdict. The judge will then read to the jury the Jury Instructions which will be prepared jointly by the lawyers, and the judge has the ultimate say on the final instructions. The judge will decide on which instructions will be given. These are the rules that the jury must follow to render their verdict.

The jury instructions will define legal terms and also explain to the jury their responsibilities. We at Kreutzer Law Offices will review the Instructions with the jury during the closing arguments to make sure that they understand each and every one. A sample set of Jury Instructions is included for your reference.

At the end of the trial, the jury will have to decide on the verdict and a sample verdict form is also included so that you can understand the process.

We at Kreutzer Law Offices make sure that you, the client, receive copies of all emails, letters, and court documents and we make sure you are fully informed at all times. Furthermore, you can contact us at any time and our cell phone number is always available for emergencies.
