Verdict

We at Kreutzer Law Offices will do our best to settle and resolve your case without filing a lawsuit. However, if we are unable to resolve your case without court action, after consultation with you and after receiving your approval, a lawsuit will be filed. You will be the one to decide that the settlement is not sufficient and to file the lawsuit.

Lawsuits take about a year plus to make it to trial, The length of time to get to trial depends on the case, the injuries, the number of witnesses, the number of defendants, and the complexities involved.

Eventually, if your case does not settle there will be a trial.

Witnesses will be called to testify at trial including your doctors. The jury will read the jury instructions which is the road map that they must follow to decide all of the issues.

At the end of the trial, the jury will have to decide on the verdict and a sample verdict form is included so that you can understand the process. During closing arguments, we review the jury instructions with the jury and we show the jury the verdict form so that they are prepared to fill it out after the close of the case.

We at Kreutzer Law Offices make sure that you, the client, receive copies of all emails, letters, and court documents and we make sure you are fully informed at all times. Furthermore, you can contact us at any time and our cell phone number is always available for emergencies.
